Introduction: Anti-thyroid arthritis syndrome (AAS) is a rare complication that may occur in patients treated with anti-thyroid drugs. Presentation is variable and may include myalgia, arthralgia, skin rash, high fever, and polyarthritis. Herein, we present a girl diagnosed with AAS.
